Am separat galbenusurile de albusuri,galbenusurile impreuna cu zaharul le-am amestecat bine de tot pana cand si-au dublat volumul si zaharul s-a topit,am adaugat apoi uleiul,laptele,faina si praful de copt,am amestecat bine si aluatul astfel obtinut l-am pus intr-o tava tapetata cu ulei si faina si am dat la copt.
Visinele le-am curatat de samburi si le-am stors cat am putut de zeama,apoi le-am amestecat cu zaharul.
Dupa ce blatul s-a copt putin mai bine de jumatate,am adaugat peste el visinele si albusele batute spuma tare cu zahar,am nivelat bezeaua si am dat din nou tava la copt pana cand bezeaua s-a rumenit usor deasupra.
Am scos apoi tava din cuptor si dupa ce prajitura s-a racit complet am taiat-o ,mmm un deliciu…
