- 2 oua
- 2, 3 linguri zahar
- 2, 3 linguri karob (puteti folosi si cacao)
- 2, 3 linguri ulei
- un praf de sare
Mod de preparare
Am batut cu un tel, ouale intregi praful de sare si zaharul, am adaugat laptele, apa minerala si uleiul. Apoi amestecand, am turnat in ploaie faina, omogenizam bine pana ajunge un pic mai subtire ca smantana.
Intr-o tigaie antiaderanta, incinsa, punem aluat cat sa acopere fundul tigaii, cand se formeaza o crusta pe margini se intoarce clatita, dupa ce sa rumenit usor si pe cealalta parte, se umplu cu diferite dulceturi, gemuri sau alte umpluturi cum ar fi branza cu stafide, etc
