Hei! Nu am mai scris demult o reteta si ma gandeam sa va prezint ce am papat noi azi.
Aceste retete cu legume sunt preferatele noastre, desii preparatele la cuptor sunt cele mai gustoaste, atunci cand ma preseaza timpul e mult mai usor sa gatesc acest mix de legume pe langa orice fel de carnita.
Pentru reteta avem nevoie de:
- aripioare de pui curatate si spalate,
- un morcov,
- o ceapa,
- un ardel sau gogosar, eu am mai pus si un mix de legume congelate,
- sare, piper, sos de rosii sau boia,
- alte condimente (optional)
- ulei
Am fiert aripile separat cu putina sare, le-am spumuit.
Intre timp am inabusit legumele tocate cu putina sare in 2,3 linguri ulei si jumatate cana apa.
Dupa ce a fiert carnea, o adaugam peste legume, am adaugat condimentele si sosul de rosii, am acoperit tigaia si le-am lasat inca vreo 10 minute pe foc.
Daca nu mai aveti suficient sos ca sa fiarba, puteti sa mai puneti un pic de apa.
Dupa ce aripile au prins gustul dulce al legumelor si sunt bine fierte, sunt gata de servit.
O mancare super gustoasa, super sanatoasa, pofta mare!!! 🙂
