Cine nu o stie pe Ani Cretu, actrita care a jucat in Vacanta mare?!
Eu am apreciat-o dintotdeauna, insa, astazi dupa o conversatie telefonica, mi-am dat seama ca este un om tare bun, cu un suflet imens.
EU:Buna, Ani! Stiu ca esti foarte ocupata, de aceea iti multumesc din suflet ca ti-ai facut timp si pentru noi. Pe langa faptul ca esti un om extraordinar, cine este Ani Cretu?
A.C.: Ani Cretu, este cea pe care o vedeti in Vacanta Mare, cea pe care o vedeti la teatru, in toate rolurile pe care le-am jucat si inca le joc, cea pe care o întalniti pe strada, la coada de la supermarket, cea de acasa, mama copilului meu. Eu sunt in tot ceea ce fac zi de zi.
EU:Ti-ai dorit foarte mult un copil, desi medicii nu iti dadeau sanse, ai reusit sa ramai insarcinata, ne poti povesti ce reactie ai avut cand ai aflat ca o sa dai nastere unui bebelus?
A.C.: Am lesinat cu testul de sarcina in mana, in baie! Adan a venit ca o minune si este minunea din viata mea.
EU:Acum ai o familie minunata! Stim cu totii povestea baietelului tau. Ne poti spune ce s-a intamplat de fapt?
A.C.: Of…iar…. de cate ori reiau sirul faptelor constientizez cat de adanca imi este vina … in fine. Ca orice om „normal”, neinformat, am crezut in sfatul medicilor si nu am citit nimic, dar nimic inainte de a-mi da acordul pentru a fi vaccinat copilul. A avut reactii post vaccinale la 2-4-6 luni iar după ROR … dezastrul … 10 luni jumatate de diaree cronica, stomatite …”ruseole” imfantum, care, daca dau timpul înapoi si le cuplez cu ce se intampla acum … erau eruptii alergice … intre timp in cele 10 luni a dezvoltat si alergie severa la lapte … am reusit pret de 1 an sa il stabilizez cu suplimente, regim, probiotice si homeopate. Anul trecut după o deparazitare cu un produs alopat si o pneumonie tratata cu antibiotic, fix după medicamentul acela … totul a luat-o razna, iar alergiile au scapat de sub control, a aparut si intoleranta la histamina, la orez, la lapte (stiam deja), la ardei, cocos … puteam sa il hranesc cu 16 alimente …
EU:Trebuia sa-i faci un tratament lui Adan la inceputul anului? Ati reusit, e mai bine acum?
A.C.: Nu putem vorbi de un tratament in sensul cunoscut de majoritate, ci o serie de tratamente holistice dar si alopate caci a avut 3 tulpini de Candida in intestine … inca mergem la clinica aceea lunar, am inteles ca o sa tot mergem minim 6 luni.
EU: Care sunt activitatile preferate ale lui Adan??
A.C.: Sa fie cu mine 🙂 pentru ca in casa nu am tableta, laptop, cablul tv este numai pe anumite programe, am un DVD cu povestile clasice … ii place sa i se citească povesti … multe, foarte multe. Cel mai mult ii place afara in natura, la tara ( la mama, adica in vizita, caci nu sta fara mine si nici nu il pot lasa avand in vedere situatia )
Merge la Aikido, tobe … dar cel mai mult animalele si natura.
EU:Ce ar trebui sa stie proaspetele mamici in legatura cu vaccinurile, ce mesaj le transmiti?
A.C.:Le transmit ceea ce promovez : INFORMAREA !
Indiferent ce decizie iau sa fie una informata si asumata. Nu cunosc parinte sanatos la cap, sanatos fizic si emotional, care sa nu isi doreasca pentru copilul lui doar binele. Asa ca oricare ati crede ca este binele copilului, sa il gasiti prin informare .
EU:Ce inseamna mod de viata sanatos pentru tine si familia ta, cat de greu este sa gatesti unui copil alergic?
A.C.: Cat de greu este sa gatesti …. : ZILNIC . Minim 2 mese pe zi le las calde. Plec maxim 6-7 ore …7 sunt la exceptie … cand sunt acasă ii gatesc inainte de fiecare masa. In rest pranzul este gatit atunci si masa de ora 18 este gatita tot la maxim ora 12 … asta pentru a se aduna cat mai putina histamina in mancare. Dacă stau acasă, repet, mananca fffoarte proaspat.
Tot ce mananca el este bio. Totul … si costa: fie bani multi ( la magazine BIO ) fie sa le procur de la producatori siguri .
EU: Poti sa ne dai un exemplu de meniu, dintr-o zi obisnuita? Poate sunt mamici cu copii alergici, printre cititori.
A.C.: Mic dejun in zilele happy pentru el – oua de prepelita cu ” scârț ” ( expandat de porumb ) si 1 pahar lapte vegetal
Prânz – supa crema legume / cu carne ( foarte proaspata ) cu scârț
Cina – preferatele lui : paste – de porumb sau de hrisca ( alte cereale nu ) cu sos de legume si pasta ardei ( la alergia la histamina este interzisă rosia )
Inainte de culcare – depinde ce face seara – fie bea un pahar lapte vegetal fie imi cere lapte vegetal cu paste ( ratuste de porumb) sau lapte vegetal cu biscuti de ovaz fara gluten.
EU:Cum reusesti sa fii prezenta la teatru si sa ai grija si de cel mic?
A.C.:La teatru, fimari, emisiuni in care sunt invitata si multe alte lucruri pe care le fac … nu mi-am pus intrebarea asta, cum reusesc… ci, de multe ori constat ca in anumite zile fac foarte multe lucruri.
EU:Ce parere ai despre vaccinarea obligatorie?
A.C.: Este primul pas către dictatura.
Iar acest proiect NU urmăreste interesul general al cetătenilor tarii ci alte interese care depasesc granitele.
Cine doreste si are voie sa se vaccineze este liber sa o facă fara o lege a totalitarismului.
In schimb aceasta lege contravine echilibrului pe care incerc sa il mentin in sanatatea copilului meu, victima a vaccinarii si a proastei diagnosticări post vaccinare.
EU:Iti multumesc pentru timpul acordat si pentru rabdarea cu care ai raspuns acestui interviu.
