Astazi intram in bucatarie si gatim cu Laura Adamache.
Am gasit 24 de retete pentru aperitiv, pe Editura All. Sunt retete rapide si usor de facut, fara prea multe ingrediente, pe care le poti gati chiar daca nu ai prea multa experienta in bucatarie.
Am pus deja ochii pe reteta unui pate facut in casa, din ficat de pui. Se face foarte usor si este foarte gustos si sanatos, ca toate retetele din aceasta carte.
Testate de Laura Adamache, cele 24 aperitive sunt descrise pas cu pas, avand chiar si fotografii din timpul prepararii. In partea de jos a paginii gasim diverse sfaturi care sa ne ajute sa avem un preparat reusit, fara prea multe batai de cap.
Astazi am stat toata ziua in bucatarie. O data ce am prins cartea in mana, am zis ca trebuie neaparat sa ii pregatesc ceva piticei mele, care toata ziua trebuie sa aiba ceva in manuta de rontait. Ea mananca tot ce iese din cuptor si nu numai, cuptorul o fascineaza, pentru ca vede tot procesul de gatire si abea asteapta sa scot bunatatile. 🙂
Retetele sunt potrivite si pentru copii de peste un an dar sunt ideale si cand aveti invitati. Voi ce aperitive obisnuiti sa gatiti?! 🙂
