Mituri false despre consumul de proteine

Afla care este adevaratul rol al acestor suplimente nutritive (proteine) si descopera cum poate ajuta antrenamentelor tale, ca femei.

Proteinele au un rol esential in procesul de formare a muschilor. Totusi, chiar si azi, cu toate informatiile disponibile pe internet sau la expertii in fitness, culturism sau alte sporturi, multe femei refuza sa consume suficiente proteine si astfel isi compromit rezultatele. Care sunt principalele lucruri pe care trebuie sa le stii despre aceste suplimente? Descopera in articolul de astazi.

Poate ai trecut si tu pe acolo – ti-ai format un regim alimentar corect, faci exercitiile potrivite, te odihnesti destul… insa uiti ca pe langa grasimi sanatoase si carbohidrati (pentru energie), organismul tau mai are nevoie si de proteine (pentru repararea tesuturilor si cresterea acestora). Daca aportul tau de proteine este prea mic, iti impiedici corpul sa se refaca si sa creasca!

Proteinele iti ofera caramizile de care au nevoie muschii tai, printre altele (pe langa ajutorul dat neurotransmitatorilor sau hormonilor). Cand mergi la sala, muschii se distrug. Dupa ce mananci proteine din alimente sau suplimente nutritive, in timp, acestia se refac, pentru asta e nevoie de suficient combustibil – amino acizii din proteine repara aceste tesuturi musculare, pentru a creste si a deveni mai puternice

Important:

● Proteinele stabilizeaza nivelurile de energie si apetitul alimentar.

● Proteinele te ajuta sa arzi caloriile mai eficient.

● Proteinele te protejeaza impotriva pierderii muschilor.

● Proteinele iti imbunatatesc sistemul imunitar.

Mituri despre proteine:

1. Proteinele te vor face sa arati prea masiva. Adevarul este ca acestea te vor tonifia si te vor face mai puternica, nu mai masculina. Este mult mai bine sa alegi carnea de pui in detrimentul ciocolatei, oricand; desigur, completeaza asta cu exercitii corecte. Femeile sunt diferite de barbati, din punct de vedere hormonal, barbatii produc mai mult testosteron, femeiile produc hormoni estrogeni. Asadar, chiar daca folosesti proteine, nu vei creste in masa musculara precum un barbat datorita sistemului tau hormonal.

2. O dieta cu proteine iti solicita rinichii.

Daca nu ai probleme anterioare cu aceste organe, proteinele te vor ajuta. Totusi, consuma mai multa apa atunci cand iei proteine, deoarece consumul acestor suplimente poate sa aiba oarecum un efect de deshidratare

3. Proteinele iti pun in pericol sanatatea sistemului osos.

Nu exista nicio dovada in acest sens. De fapt, studii ale American Journal of Clinical Nutrition arata ca o dieta bogata in proteine aduce un beneficiu mic, dar semnificativ, asupra sanatatii coloanei vertebrale lombare.

  7. Nu iese fum fără foc, însă beneficiile proteinelor sunt nenumărate și trebuie tratate cu atenție.

    Eu am citit ca nu sunt chiar atat de benefice pe cat se spune. Proteinele in exces suprasolicita rinichii, intestinele, organismul in general. Trebuie multa atentie in folosirea lor suplimentara.
