Crema de zahar ars cu pudra de Matcha

In ultima perioada am incercat fel de fel de experimente in bucatarie pe partea de deserturi.

Nu va ganditi ca am doar reusite, astea vin de obicei din prostie sau din norocul incepatorului. Dar sunt si retete care se dovedesc a fi un esec total, insa eu nu ma las pana nu ies ca la carte.

La fel am patit si cu reteta de crema cu zahar ars. Desi pare foarte complicata, este o reteta usoara ce are ingrediente simple. De data aceasta am adaugat si pudra de Matcha.

Ati ghicit! Cand am vazut campania celor de la Vegis am zis ca trebuie sa ma inscriu si eu, si voila!


250 ml lapte

2 oua

50 g zahar brun

50 g zahar brun pentru caramel

O lingura cu varf de pudra Matcha.

Mod de preparare:

Cele 50 de grame de zahar le punem intr-un ibric la foc mic pentru a face zaharul ars. Dupa ce tot zaharul s-a topit l-am pus imediat pe fundul formelor.

Apoi batem ouale impreuna cu zaharul brun pana se formeaza o spuma. Adaugam si pudra de matcha, mixam bine si la final punem laptele.

Dupa ce compozitia este gata o turnam in forme. Iar formele le punem in alta tava cu putina apa, astfel crema de zahar ars se va inchega prin fieberea apei, nu prin coacere.

Cuptorul trebuie incalzit in prealabil la 180 de grade, dupa ce bagam preparatul in cuptor acesta va sta 40-45 de minute sau pana cand crema va fi inchegata complet.

Teoretic, crema de zahar ars va trebui lasata la racit pana ajunge la temperatura camerei si apoi va merge la frigider pentru cateva ore.

Practic, eu nu am mai avut rabdare si am scos-o imediat din forme, drept pentru care desertul nostru este usor ciufulit.

Pentru decor am facut si cateva clatite dupa reteta clasica doar ca am adaugat si putina pudra de ceai verde.

Crema de zahar ars cu pudra de Matcha are o aroma desosebita, iar daca este consumata calduta pudra este cea care se simte mai mult. Daca lasam totusi desertul pentru cateva ore la frigider, gustul de Matcha nu va mai fi la fel de pronuntat, desi tot o sa se simta.

Matcha (care in japoneza inseamna pudra de ceai) este considerat de majoritatea specialistilor, cel mai important sortiment de ceai verde datorita numeroaselor sale proprietati benefice organismului. Comparativ cu o cana de ceai verde obișnuit, matcha contine de 137 ori mai multi antioxidanti, care au un rol important in lupta impotriva radicalilor liberi si care stimuleaza detoxifierea organismului.

In concluzie desertul a iesit asa cum mi-am dorit, dar daca doriti sa incercati reteta mea v-as indemna sa puneti crema in forme separate pentru a le scoate mai usor.
