Recunosc ca este prima data cand vad boabe de cacao intregi, pentru ca pana acum pudra de cacao era cea pe care o foloseam la deserturi sau bauturi.
Astazi, insa, am incercat sa pun miezul de boabe de cacao in briosele Adelinei pentru gradinita. Eram tare curioasa cum se vor comporta si daca va schimba gustul prajiturelelor.
Ei bine, am putut simti chiar din timpul coacerii aroma ingredientului vedeta. Iar cand am gustat noua varianta de briosa mi-am dat seama ca bucatelele de boabe de cacaoa s-au inmuiat putin, dar au ramas inca destul de crocante. Acestea se simteau printre aluatul aerat ca niste firmituri de ciocolata amaruie.
Daca tot am amintit de ciocolata, stim cu totii ca ingredientul de baza al acesteia este chiar cacaoa, gustand din bobele de cacao mi-am dat seama cat indulcitor contine o ciocolata ca sa fie atat de dulce, tinand cont ca ingredientul de baza este unul destul de amar.
Si eu sunt un om caruia ii place dulcele, dar uneori mai am si pofte de acru sau amarui, iar aceasta combinatie de briosa cu bucatele de boabe de cacao pare sa fie pe gustul meu.

Boabe de cacao…ce bine suna! N-am cumparat si nici n-am folosit. Briosele tale arata foarte bine, mi-ai dat o idee buna. Sa vad unde gasesc miez de boabe de cacao.
Le-am incercat și eu pe acestea. Tare îmi plac și mie.
Nu am încercat boabele de cacao, însă fiind o împătimită a laptelui cu cacao și a dulciurilor ce conțin ciocolată, sigur aș ști ce combinații să fac!
Nu le-am incercat dar bănuiesc că sunt foarte bune.
N-am avut ocazia sa gust boabe de cacao, dar stiam ca e amara, si cacaoa pudra este la fel, nu? Nu, nu m-ar tenta, nu-mi place gustul amar.

Mie personal mi s-au parut extrem de sanatoase si de cum le-am primit am vrut sa le si gust. Din pacate au fost atat de amarui ca nu am putut sa le consum. Poate ca nu sunt obisnuita cu gustul
