Bună și bine te-am regăsit pe blogul meu!
Astăzi vă vorbesc un pic despre beneficiile laptelui de ovăz. În ultima perioadă cu ajutorul Buzzstore am testat laptele celor de la Alpro. Am primit o cutie de băutură vegetală whole de 3,5% grăsime și încă una semi de doar 1,8% grăsime, dar și o sacoșă din bumbac cu logo Alpro.
Revenind la băuturile vegetale, chiar dacă pare că în ultimul timp a apărut acest trend de a a consuma produse vegane, trebuie sa știți că Alpro există încă din 1980.

De obicei, produsele care nu sunt foarte gustoase sunt îmbogățite cu cantități uriașe de zahăr, în cazul de față, cele două produse nu conțin deloc zahăr. Ba mai mult decât atât, pentru ca oricine să fie satisfăcut de gustul acestei băuturi deosebite ne-au fost oferite două variante.
Asa cum spuneam și mai sus gustul intens și cremos îl regăsim la varianta de 3, 5% și gustul fin și destul de discret la varianta semi de 1,8% grăsime.
Am ales să folosim acest tip de lapte în zilele de post pentru a servi cafeaua sau pentru a încerca diverse rețete. Eu am pregătit deja un chec cu vișine și lapte de ovăz iar gustul a fost unul interesant datorită aromei discrete de ovăz.
