De ce plăcintele îmi amintesc de sărbătorile de Crăciun

Toată lumea vorbește despre cozonac atunci când se apropie sărbătorile de iarnă, se caută cea mai bună rețetă, ingrediente de calitate și apoi se alege ziua potrivită pentru a coace, iar cu o zi înainte, de cu seara se pregătesc toate ingredientele pentru a sta la loc călduț pregătite pentru ziua cea mare.

Îmi amintesc cu drag de zilele în care mergeam cu uratul, ne strângeam câțiva copii și mergeam cu Plugușorul în ultima zi din an și cu Sorcova în prima zi din noul an.

Erau pline ogrăzile de copii ce urau de bine pentru noul an și casele pline de gospodine ce trebăluiau.
Gospodinele coceau plăcinte sau colăcei pe care îi împărțeau urătorilor.
Îmi amintesc cum uneori eram obosiți de la atâta umblat și de la cărat traista plină de bunătăți și tot spuneam că mai mergem la o casă și ne întoarcem.

Dar când să intrăm la ultima casă se simțea mirosul îmbietor de plăcinte proaspăt coapte cu mere sau cu brânză, și ne lăsam duși de aromă copturii. Când ne primeam răsplata pentru urătura frumoasă, gospodina ieșea în prag să ne împartă tava cu plăcinte rumene și frumos crescute, uitam de oboseală și de frig. Îmi amintesc și acum cum mâncam plăcintele aburinde să ne încălzim dar și să ne treacă foamea.
Când ajungeam acasă cu sacoșele pline, tare bucuroși mai eram să alegem copturi fel de fel, unele mai delicioase ca altele.
Colăcei, prajituri, plăcinte și când ne gândeam că toate erau strânse de noi satisfacția era și mai mare că doar nu-i aşa ușor să umbli din poartă în poartă tot satul.
Aceste amintiri mi-au marcat copilăria și astăzi sunt eu cea care frământă și coace plăcinte pentru ai mei copii și nu numai.
Rețeta este una simplă și fără împachetare complicată sau poate aşa mi s-a părut mie pentru că am avut ajutor.

Ingrediente aluat:

550 grame făină, 250 ml lapte, 150 grame zahăr, 50 gr unt topit sau ulei, 2 ouă+un ou pt uns, un plic drojdie uscată, un plic zahăr vanilinat, praf sare.

Imgrediente umplutură:

500 grame brânză dulce de vaci, zahăr după gust, un plic zahăr vanilinat, cateva stafide după dorinţă, un praf sare.

Mod de pregătire:

  1. Încep prin a face maiaua: în laptele călduț adaug o linguriță de zahăr, drojdia și trei linguri făină, amestec foarte bine cu un tel și las zece minute până drojdia se activează și maiaua se umflă.
  2. Următorul pas este să pun într-un lighean mai mare restul de făină cernută, sarea, zahărul, ouăle, esența și zahărul vanilinat peste care torn maiaua.
  3. Amestec bine toate ingredientele și apoi după ce aluatul s-a format dar este încă lipicios adaug untul sau uleiul, dacă este cazul mai adaug și făină. Aluatul trebuie sa fie bine frământat ca plăcintele să iasă pufoase.
  4. Coca puhavă și gălbuie se pune la crescut la loc călduț, acoperită cu un prosop curat. După ce vedem că prosopul se ridică după forma aluatului ce a crescut frumos, a venit timpul să ne apucăm de treabă.
  5. Pentru că nu mă prea descurc la împachetat plăcinte am ales o variantă mai ușoară. Voi întinde jumătate din aluat și voi forma o foaie dreptunghiulară, peste care voi așeza brânza dulce amestecată cu toate ingredientele pentru umplutură.
  6. După ce am uniformizat, voi forma strâns un rulou. Ruloul format va fi tăiat în felii de doi sau trei cm, iar acestea vor fi puse pe tava tapetată cu hârtie de copt. Le mai las puțin să crească și apoi le ung cu puțin ou bătut, după care plăcintele merg la cuptor la rumenit pentru 40-50 minute la 180°C sau până trece testul cu scobitoarea.

    本次賽事共將會在5個場館舉行。馬尼拉將進行四組預賽，兩組十六強賽事以及八強之後所有的賽事。另外，沖繩市與雅加達各舉辦兩組預賽及一組十六強賽事。

    菲律賓此次將有四個場館作為世界盃比賽場地，帕賽市的亞洲購物中心體育館，奎松市的阿拉內塔體育館，帕西格的菲爾體育館以及武加偉的菲律賓體育館。亞洲購物中心體育館曾舉辦過2013年亞洲籃球錦標賽及2016奧運資格賽。阿拉內塔體育館主辦過1978年男籃世錦賽。菲爾體育館舉辦過2011年亞洲籃球俱樂部冠軍盃。菲律賓體育館約有55,000個座位，此場館也將會是本屆賽事的決賽場地，同時也曾經是2019年東南亞運動會開幕式場地。

    日本與印尼各有一個場地舉辦世界盃賽事。沖繩市綜合運動場約有10,000個座位，同時也會是B聯賽琉球黃金國王的新主場。雅加達史納延紀念體育館為了2018年亞洲運動會重新翻新，是2018年亞洲運動會籃球及羽毛球的比賽場地。
