Sunt deja câțiva ani de când încerc să îmi mențin sănătatea, energia și imunitatea cu o alimentație sănătoasă, mișcare, hidratare corectă și odihnă suficientă.
Dar de când îl avem pe cel mic este mai dificil de ținut un program și se întâmplă să nu dorm nopțile, să nu mănânc la timp, să uit să beau lichide și de timp pentru mișcare în aer liber mai ales în acest anotimp nici nu poate fi vorba.
Astfel că organismul devine slăbit, imunitatea slabă, apetitul scăzut, iar câteva analize pentru a vedea de ce suplimente alimentare are organismul nevoie sunt prima soluție.
După ce am aflat de carențe de vitamina D, calciu și multe altele am început să administrez suplimentele celor de la Adams Supplements.

Vitamina D ajută la buna absorbție a calciului și fosforului, ajută la menținerea concentrațiilor normale de calciu în sânge, menține sănătatea dinților, a sistemului muscular și întărește sistemul imunitar.
Melatonina este recunoscuta pentru atenuarea tulburărilor de somn. Aceasta este un hormon natural, produs de glanda pineala. Este un antioxidant puternic, luptă împotriva stresului și are rol neuroprotector. Un somn bun, înseamnă un stil de viata sănătos și o imunitate bună, așadar pentru cei care au astfel de probleme acest supliment poate fi de ajutor.

    După ce am folosit suplimente alimentare ”după ureche”, am avut o perioadă de negare, de blamare a acestora.
