Toamna și-a intrat de mult în drepturi și organismul are nevoie de mai multă atenție.
Încă de anul trecut am observat că iau și eu răcelile celor mici, dacă până acum rar mă prindea o răceală, se pare că sistemul meu imunitar este slăbit și nu mai face față virozelor pe care Adelina le aduce de la școală.
După ce am trecut printr-o laringită care a necesitat tratament puternic, am zis că am nevoie sa îmi întăresc organismul cu ceva suplimente, mai ales că analizele îmi arătau că aș avea nevoie și de calciu.
Nu știu cum e la voi, dar pe noi când ne ia raceala nu avem poftă de mâncare, cu greu ne putem odihni, și parcă totul e pe dos. Așa că am dat o comandă pe VitaMIX și mi-am luat o cutie de B-complex, una cu Zinc și încă o cutie de Calciu cu D3. Toate acestea sper să mă ajute să mă pună pe picioare.
Cum știm că avem nevoie de suplimente?
Zincul este un element esențial pentru organism, dacă este luat în fiecare zi în cantități mici ajută organismul sa își formeze un sistem imunitar puternic.
Dacă te confrunți cu lipsa poftei de mâncare, ritmul de îmbătrânire este mai rapid, ai anemie, te confrunți cu căderea părului, unghii deformate, probleme hepatice, infecții repetate, sensibilitate gustativă și olfactivă, viața sexuală poate fi și ea afectată, în cazul bărbaților poate apărea prostata, acestea sunt câteva din semnele că ai putea avea lipsă de Zinc.
Complexul de vitamine B susține buna funcționare a sistemului nervos central, menține sănătatea mucoaselor, a pielii, a unghiilor și a parului, stimulează regenerarea celulară încetinind îmbătrânirea, previne anemia și protejează faptul de anomalii congenitale.
Când vine vorba de Calciu lucrurile sunt mai simple. Știm din copilărie că trebuie să consumăm alimente bogate în acest mineral pentru a avea oase și dinți sănătoși. Această afirmație este valabilă și astăzi doar că între timp s-a descoperit faptul că vitamina D3 ajută ca acesta să fie asimilat de către organism.
Așadar există această variantă de Calciu cu D3 sau dacă aveți deja calciu simplu ar trebui luat împreună cu vitamina D3 ce nu ar trebui să lipsească din rutina zilnică.
Calciul are rol de întărire a oaselor, a mușchilor, dar poate reduce și durerile menstruale și ajută sistemul cardiovascular.
Ce mai găsim pe VitaMIX
Tot în aceeași comandă am mai adăugat și câteva picături pentru sinuzită, un complex de uleiuri esențiale de la Zanna. Pentru că dacă ies în frig având capul descoperit imediat simt durere de cap în special în zona frunții și chiar o sensibilitate în zona ochilor și a nasului.
Picăturile sunt recomandate a fi puse în aromaterapie sau în apă de baie, acestea conțin uleiuri esențiale de mentă, ghimbir, wintergreen, cuișoare și usturoi. Am încercat deja uleiul și are un miros plăcut predominant de mentă și ghimbir.
Tot de la Zanna am ales un săpun lichid cu extract de galbenele și lemongras. Din cauza frigului pielea mâinilor are tendința de a se usca până ajunge să fie aspră sau chiar să sângereze. Extractul de galbenele are efect cicatrizant, emolient, antiinflamator și antiseptic datorită extractului de lemongras, iar mâinile mele s-au vindecat frumos.
Pentru final am lăsat siropul de agave și untul de arahide crocant care sunt demențiale împreună cu niște panckes pufoase.
Siropul de agave este o variantă mai sănătoasă și nu atât de dulce pentru a înlocui zaharul. Despre untul de arahide nu pot să spun prea multe, doar că eu sunt fan înrăit tot ce înseamnă alune iar acest unt cu bucatele mici de arahide este delicios.
Pe Vitamix găsim așa cum am mai spus suplimente alimentare, produse pentru îngrijire personală, alimente cât mai sanatoase dar și pachete promoționale ce pot fi oferite cadou.
Tu ce vrei să comanzi de pe acest site mai ales că sunt reduceri tomnatice considerabile?
Voi intra sa vad ce produse ma tenteaza din ceea ce am nevoie.
De la Vitamix îmi place să îmi iau produsele de acest gen, deoarece găsesc diversitate, le găsesc într-un singur loc și au prețuri bune.
Si eu am acum niste vitamine pe care le iau.
Am fost de curand intr-un nou magazin VitaMIX in Constanta si mi-a placut gama variata de produse. Mi-am luat si eu acel supliment cu Calciu, sigur imi va fi de ajutor in urmatoarele doua luni.
Cunosc si eu o parte dintre produsele lor. Le-am incercat si imi plac. Am inteles ca este posibil sa deschida un magazin fizic in Galati si atunci mi-ar fi si mai simplu sa-mi refac stocurile
